An order is confirmed once payment clears; if an item turns out to be unavailable, it is refunded in full. Obvious pricing errors may be cancelled and refunded rather than honored.

Downloads are for personal listening. You may keep them on your own devices, but you may not resell, redistribute, upload them to streaming services or use them in videos, films, games or commercials without written permission. For sync or licensing, get in touch.

All music, lyrics, artwork, photography, designs and site content are owned by Bakes Music or used with permission, and are protected by copyright. The designs on the merch are original artwork and may not be reproduced, printed or resold.

Posting a photo wearing the merch and tagging Bakes is treated as permission to reshare it on Bakes channels with credit. Message us anytime to have a repost taken down.
