• If you join the list: your email, first name and zip code (zip is optional).
• If you order: your email, name, shipping address, phone number and what you bought. Card details go straight to Stripe and are never seen or stored by this site.
• If you message us: your name, email and message.
• Automatically: anonymous usage data such as pages visited, referring site, rough location by country and device type.

To send what you asked for (music news, drops, show dates), to process and ship orders, to answer messages, and to understand which pages and releases people actually engage with so the music reaches more of the right people.

Only the services that make the site run:

• Stripe for payments and fraud prevention
• Kit for the email list
• Resend for order and shipping emails
• Vercel for hosting
• Google Analytics and Meta Pixel for anonymous traffic measurement

Your information is never sold, rented or traded.

This site uses cookies for analytics and advertising measurement (Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel), plus basic storage that remembers your cart and whether you have already seen the signup popup. You can block or clear cookies in your browser at any time; the store and checkout still work if you do.

Wherever you live, you can ask for a copy of what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Every marketing email also has a one-click unsubscribe link at the bottom.

California residents have the right to know what is collected, to have it deleted, and to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information. Nothing here is sold, and that will not change without telling you first.

UK and EU residents have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port their data, and to object to processing. The legal bases used are consent (marketing), contract (orders) and legitimate interests (site analytics and security).

Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require, generally seven years. List subscribers are kept until they unsubscribe or ask to be removed. Analytics data expires automatically after 14 months.

This site is not directed at children under 13, and information is not knowingly collected from them.
