SHIPPING & RETURNS

Rates cover the first piece, plus a step for each additional piece in the same order:

• Canada & Mexico$22 + $6 each extra · 7–16 business days
• United Kingdom & Europe$36 + $9 each extra · 8–21 business days
• Australia, NZ & Asia$42 + $11 each extra · 10–24 business days
• Rest of world$45 + $12 each extra · 10–28 business days

Orders go out within 2 to 4 business days. Delivery windows start once the parcel ships, and every order gets a tracking number by email.

Orders outside the United States may be charged import duties, taxes or handling fees by your country. Those are set by your government, not by us, and they are the buyer's responsibility. We declare every parcel accurately.

If something does not fit or is not what you expected, you have 30 days from delivery to return it. Pieces must be unworn and unwashed, with tags on.

Exchanges for a different size are free from our side: you cover return postage, we cover sending the new size back to you, stock permitting.

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 business days of the return arriving. Original shipping is refunded only when the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong.

To start a return, use the contact formwith your order number and pick “Merch / Orders” as the subject.

Message us within 14 days with a photo and your order number. A damaged, defective or incorrect item is replaced or refunded in full, shipping included, and you do not need to send it back at your own cost.

Buyers in the United Kingdom and European Union may cancel an order within 14 days of delivery for any reason, and return it within 14 days of telling us. Return postage is the buyer's unless the item was faulty. This sits alongside the 30-day policy above, whichever is better for you.

Music downloads are delivered instantly after payment and cannot be returned once the files have been downloaded, since they cannot be given back. If a download fails or a file will not open, message us and we will fix it or refund it.

Tickets bought here are non-refundable unless the show is cancelled or rescheduled, in which case you get a full refund or entry to the new date, your choice.
