How much is shipping, and how long does it take?
Everything ships from San Diego. U.S. orders of $50 or more, counted after any discount code, ship free. Below that, U.S. shipping is the live USPS rate for your address and package weight (Ground Advantage or Priority Mail), calculated at checkout before you pay. Orders go out within 2 to 4 business days, U.S. delivery takes 3 to 7 business days after that, and every order gets a tracking number by email.
Can I return or exchange a piece?
Every piece is made in small runs, so returns are handled as an exchange or store credit rather than a refund. You have 14 days from delivery to start one, and the piece must be unworn, unwashed, free of smoke and fragrance, with the tags still attached. You cover return postage and we cover shipping the replacement size back to you, stock permitting. To start a return, use the contact form with your order number, pick "Merch / Orders" as the subject, and say whether you want an exchange or store credit.
What sizes do the pieces come in, and how do they fit?
Every piece comes in S, M, L and XL. They are standard men's sizes, cut the same across the capsule. Take your usual size for a regular fit, or size up if you want it oversized the way the models wear it. Each product page has a size chart in inches. The numbers follow standard US men's sizing rather than a tape on these exact pieces.
What is a Day One?
A Day One is someone on the Bakes list early. Joining gets you a numbered Day One card, new music, drops and show dates before anyone else, and 10% off your first order of merch. The code is a member perk: it arrives in the welcome email and is not published anywhere else.
